The Challenge

Lifepoint Informatics needed to replace an aging patient portal with one that worked across web and mobile and gave patients secure access to their health information, appointment scheduling, and provider communication, while integrating with existing healthcare systems and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Our Solution

Convective rebuilt the patient portal with responsive web and mobile clients and a ColdFusion API layer that integrates securely with Lifepoint's existing healthcare systems. The API provides real-time access to patient data under the security and compliance controls the domain requires.
